Highland Single Outcome Agreement (SOA)
Scottish national and local government signed a concordat in November 2007 towards the establishment of a single outcome agreement (SOA) for all 32 local authorities in Scotland. This requirement was extended to all CPP agencies.
The SOA should be a framework for public services to work together along with the private and third sectors to create better outcomes for people and improve quality of and opportunity in life for the people of Scotland.
The SOA is written, delivered and reported on by the Community Planning Partnership in Highlands.
