June’s Pre-Loved Charity Fashion Show was full of colour, creativity and community spirit. Volunteer models took to the runway wearing outfits styled from local charity shop finds, with local designers helping to bring each look to life. The event was a brilliant way to celebrate reuse, creativity and the hidden gems found in our charity shops, while also recognising the volunteers and teams who help make these spaces so valuable to their communities.
The first autumn collection was Tykes Charity Shop, Golspie, styled by Luthien Lark. TYKES Young Carers’ Project supports young people in Sutherland aged 5 to 25 who have a caring role at home, offering respite, support and opportunities to connect. These looks celebrate the power of community support and the creativity that charity shop fashion can inspire.

New Start Highland was the second autumn collection, styled by Corey Bell. New Start Highland is working towards a future where people in Northern Scotland can live comfortably, free from hardship, crisis and instability, with the right support and opportunities to transform their lives. Corey’s styling brings together contrast, individuality and ease, showing how pre-loved clothing can be layered into looks that feel both artistic and everyday wearable.
