When will it appear on your website?
After submission please allow us 1-2 working days to check it over before publishing it on the site. We will only contact you if we need clarification on anything in the submission.
What if I want to make changes?
If you'd like anything edited, just send us an email.
Do you charge to advertise a role?
No, it is free! We do not charge members for this service.
Role Information
Fill out this form with as much information as possible.
Role Description
Keep role descriptions brief and no more than 2-3 paragraphs. Please include any contact details if required.
Supporting Information
You can upload 1 document such as a application pack here and/or a link to your website where applicants can apply. We would encourage you to have at least one of these available.
Role length and Deadline for Applications
If the role is a one off opportunity please select the option in the checkbox below and fill out the dates in the 'One off Opportunity' box.
If it is a longer term role please select the option in the checkbox and fill out a date in the 'Ongoing Opportunity' box. If you are recruiting on a rolling or ongoing basis you can state that in the box instead of a date.
One off Opportunity
Fill in this section if you have selected 'One off Opportunity'.
This section is for opportunities that will last a day or less such as marshalling at a race or stewarding at an event.
The first box is the actual day you need volunteers for. It is a pop up calendar.
The second box is when applications need to be submitted by prior to the event taking place. This is optional to fill in.
Ongoing Opportunity
Fill in this section if you have selected 'Ongoing Opportunity'. You can specify a date or if it is a rolling deadline you can state this instead.
How to apply for the role
Please ensure you have some way for applicants to apply, whether it is via email or your website.
