We are on hand to support you and your organisation with any training and development needs.
We work with individuals, volunteers, and existing and new community groups to support them in achieving their goals.
Virtual and In-person Training
As your Third Sector Interface, HTSI can share learning through its network of experienced staff and Partner organisations.
Real time learning, through presentations and Q&A sessions are delivered online - allowing you to get the information you need, wherever you are located.

Volunteer Management Training
This course consists of 4 sessions and is aimed at anyone who supports and manages volunteers. We will look into Volunteer Policy and procedure, celebrating and rewarding volunteers, Involving Youth volunteers, recruiting anf retaining volunteers and Supporting volunteers.

Support & Supervision Training
This course covers the essential guide to Support and Supervision, from understanding what it is, why it is important and looking at it as a dynamic process that both challenges and supports staff.

Emergency 1st Aid in the workplace
This course is suitable for those who work in lower risk workplaces or in higher risk workplaces with lower number of staff and visitors. This is a regulated qualification which meets HSE requirements.

Bid writing for charities and community groups
Get Grants are Fundraising experts. This training provides practical, friendly support that organisations can put into practice to increase their fundraising confidence and success.

Crisis Support Training
A 1.5 hour learning session delivered on Microsoft Teams to give participants the skills and confidence to support others. Delivered by supportive and experienced mentors from Samaritans.
