Volunteer Telephonist

We are seeking friendly, empathetic individuals to join Badenoch and Strathspey Community Connections as volunteer telephonists. You will be the welcoming voice of our organisation, providing information and support to local residents. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for service users requesting community transport. Carefully take and accurately record all necessary booking details. Efficiently resolve and coordinate transport requests using our scheduling systems.
