Event Volunteer

Caithness Pride is looking for volunteers to help on the day: June 20th. We are looking for volunteers for a wide range of roles with varying time and physical commitment: there is something for everyone! The only essential requirement is that you want to help Caithness put on a fantastic Pride! If interested, please email SteppingOutCaithness@hotmail.com or message our Facebook page @SteppingOut. Caithness Pride is truly a community endeavour celebrating community, inclusion, and support for our LGBTQ community up north. After an incredible first Pride in 2025 with 1000 participants, we are working hard to make it bigger and better than ever with lots of entertainment, activities, arts and crafts, games, merchants and more. We are looking for volunteers to help with monitoring/directing traffic, stewarding the march, helping set up and take down tents and gazebos, directing visitors, decorating, litter picking, over-seeing different areas of activity, providing technical assistance with sound, chaperoning performers, mobility assistance, and general event help. No experience necessary!
