Role Description

Bike and Ebike Maintenance Hours: Volunteer hours are flexible—contribute as much or as little time as suits you Responsibilities: Check bikes upon return, clean if needed and carry out or arrange repair Service bikes flagged as in need of maintenance Update the online borrowing platform MyTurn with maintenance that is scheduled and completed (Training provided) Check and test donated items before they are added to the library for borrowing NB It’s not essential, but it would be beneficial for bike repair and maintenance volunteers to possess basic repair experience. As a volunteer, what do you get? Become part of a team of local volunteers, all cheering you on Learn new skills like PAT testing, event planning, digital skills, etc. Support and training for the role where you can learn at your own speed

Training Provided:

Training on use of the BILoT inventory management database will be provided.
