About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, working between supporting course delivery and cooking while also leading on our equalities work. Ideally the postholder will be passionate about creating nurturing spaces for writers through direct facilitation and also through strategic access and diversity planning. This role will be a significant development in our equalities work while also being fully embedded within our delivery team who make the space welcoming for all, informing our inclusive approach and striving to deliver our objectives.

This role can be split or potentially job shared for the right candidates, with one person leading on cooking and one person leading on equalities and hosting. The role needs to be based at Moniack Mhor, but we recognise a small portion of flexible remote working may be possible.
