Build Project Volunteers

We are delighted to announce that we have recently secured funding to install two disabled toilets at our venues, The Place and The Field. We are reaching out to see if you, or someone you know, could assist us with this important project. Are you an experienced tradesperson eager to lend a hand, or do you know someone who is? We are offering refreshments and providing all necessary tools to support anyone willing to help us. The Place is a registered charity with a proud 30-year history of supporting local young people in Alness, Highlands. Our dedicated staff, young leaders, and Management Committee are united by a shared passion for helping young people facing various challenges through our innovative projects and programmes. Our operations are now based in two venues: The Field and The Place Drop-in. Our young people come from diverse backgrounds, and so do we. We employ a team of experienced professionals from a wide array of fields, which not only is the right thing to do but also strengthens our organisation.
