Customer Service Mentor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Volunteer Customer Service Mentor at New Start Highland. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding individuals and service users seeking to enhance their customer service skills and build the confidence they need to succeed in customer-facing roles such as retail or administrative assistant positions. As a mentor, you will provide personalized support and share your expertise to help mentees progress toward their goals. You may be based in any or all areas of the organisation which has an element of customer service. This role is to support, enhance and positively, professionally, guide our service users and trainees to a better understanding in the importance of good quality customer service.
