Role Description

Do you like preparing and cooking with fresh vegetables? We are looking for volunteers to cook one-to-one, and with small groups, in our kitchen at the Grow Project. The Grow Project runs horticulutural activities for adults with additional support needs. We grow fruit and vegetables, and lots of our gardeners love to cook in our new kitchen. If you have an interest in sharing your passion for healthy cooking, locally grown food with enthusiasts with a wide range of abilities, please get in touch. Send us an email: Grow.Project@highlifehighland.com We are looking for a volunteer commitment of a minimum of 4 hours per week, any days Monday to Friday.

Training Provided:

Volunteers will receive online training including Food Hygiene Level 2, and Allergy Awareness, as well as in-person training from staff.
