3 hours once a month

Role Description

Hello, we are looking for a sewing person, push bike repairer, jewellery repairer (glasses and jewelry) to join us once a month for 3 hours in the morning at our ever growing Repair Cafe in Alness. Dates are : 23rd August, 27th September, 25th October, 22nd November and 13th December 2025. Time is 9-12 midday at ILM Highland offices in Teaninich Industrial Estate, Alness, IV170XS. All tools are provided. It is all very light hearted, fun and rewarding in that we are changing how people deal with small item waste, and teaching people how to repair themselves. Training Provided:

An induction will be provided at ILM offices, and a full description of what ILM Highland do in the recycling and re-using industry. ILM Highland also take volunteers and where necessary statutory training will be undertaken.
