Have your say on the National Recruitment Campaign

Volunteer Scotland launched the National Recruitment Campaign as part of the Volunteering Action Plan in September 2024. This has stemmed from the issues and challenges organisations face when recruiting volunteers.

The Campaign aims to:

• Raise awareness of the value of volunteering

• Encourage a wider and more diverse range of people to get involved

• Support organisations with tools, stories and practical recruitment guidance

Volunteer Scotland are now looking for feedback. They would like to know what has worked well, what hasn't and what support organisations still need to help volunteer recruitment in their organisations.
